How it works
We will give you valet laundry bags which include a tag with your name. We will also provide you with a door hanger if you need one.
The door hanger is simply a wreath hook that goes over the top of the door and has a U-shaped hook at the bottom where will we hang your clean clothes. It is thin enough that you can still close and lock your door.
All you have to do is leave your valet laundry bag out by 8:00 AM for us to pick up on your service days. That’s it! You’re done!
On your next service day we will drop off your clean, fresh clothes at your front door.
Why make two trips to drop off and pick-up? We come to you!
SERVICE DAYS
Our service days are Monday / Thursday and Tuesday / Friday.
You will be assigned to either the Mon / Thurs route or Tues / Fri route based on your address
When will my clothes be picked up or dropped off?
What we pick-up on any service day will be delivered on your next service day.
If you need regular weekly service, we will visit your home or business twice per week to pick-up and / or drop off.
You will receive an email or text (your choice) reminder the night before.
If you require service less often, we will place you in on-call status. When you have items to be picked-up, simply respond to your night-before reminder with the word “YES”, and our driver will swing by the next day.
If we have a delivery for you, you won’t need to respond as we’ll just drop it off.
